ACCOUNTS:
All approved accounts are given an ACCOUNT NUMBER which must be included in all search requests.
ITEMIZED MONTHLY ACCOUNT BILLINGS will be emailed or faxed at the end of each month with a 20 day payment due date.

ACCOUNT HOLDERS HEREBY AGREE THAT:
- Confidentiality of the Account Number is the responsibility of the Account Holder, and
- USE OF THE ACCOUNT NUMBER SHALL CONSTITUTE ACCOUNT HOLDER'S AUTHORIZATION FOR THE ORDERING PARTY
