Den-Mara was incorporated in 1997 as a BC business services arm of Sekani Resources Ltd. an Alberta company incorporated in 1974 by the same principals and providing oil & gas management and consulting services. Since 1999 Den-Mara has been providing land and property search and document retrieval services to the general public and has been involved with various land title research and consulting projects for both industry and government. This includes land title research, mineral consulting, Freehold mineral ownership determinations and acquisitions, Crown postings, plus industry-governmental liaison work relative to the development of subsurface minerals on Vancouver Island and the adjacent islands (see our "Work Projects" and "Search Services" pages) Dennis Graham - has been employed in title related positions of authority and responsibilities since 1966 in various land management positions up to Vice President of a mid sized independent oil & gas exploration company and as President of both Sekani and Den-Mara since their incorporations. - is a Land Title Search Agent with "behind the counter" privileges at the Victoria Land Titles Office. - is a 40+ year member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen. - acts in capacities of Land & Mineral Consultant / Primary Researcher / Examiner / Analyst / & Gov’t Liaison.
