Provides a copy of Land Title with registered charges and interests

Search by: PID number / Street Address / Legal Description / Title number

NOTES:
Search by PID number (provides a current Title)
- enter the PID NUMBER (Parcel Identifier) - it is a unique nine digit computer number given to each individual parcel of land within BC
(it can be found on the Title or a BC Assessment Notice (not Property Tax Notice), mortgage papers, or a land titles transfer document)
Search by Street Address (provides a current Title)
- enter the STREET ADDRESS & POSTAL LOCATION (City/Town etc) in address - plus UNIT NUMBER if applicable
(PO Box numbers are not acceptable)
Search by Land Description (provides a current Title)
- enter the property’s FULL LEGAL DESCRIPTION and LAND TITLE DISTRICT whenever possible.
- Land Title DISTRICTS are: Kamloops, Nelson, New Westminster, Prince George, Prince Rupert, Vancouver, Victoria
( If Land Title District is not known enter the closest TOWN OR CITY to the property )
Search by Title Number
- entering the TITLE NUMBER provides (within online search capabilities) a copy of that precise title, be it a CURRENT OR A CANCELLED TITLE
(to insure a current title is provided a search by PID no, Address or Legal Description is recommended)

STATE OF TITLE CERTIFICATE Provides a copy of title CERTIFIED by the Registrar Click on the white information windows for further information and example
The State of Title Certificate will be CERTIFIED, PRINTED AND MAILED to us by the Land Titles Office
