All Titles/Documents involved in an Historical Search usually cannot be predetermined and the following SEARCH PROCEDURE is employed to provide prepayments for researcher and expenditure controls for client:
- an initial "milestone" start-up prepayment expenditure is required (varies with Type of Search selected)
- on reaching that expenditure milestone a search report is provided and, if needed, a further search program outline
is forwarded for client's review (with a further milestone expenditure estimate for client's authorization and payment)
- similar reporting, programs and milestone expenditure controls are set out and established if, and as, required( An itemized statement of all milestone expenditure charges will be provided )
"milestone" expenditures include our $75.00 hourly research rate (min 1/2 hr), plus disbursements Refunds are provided for any milestone expenditure amounts in excess of itemized charges
Secure payment processing through PayPal - by CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD or PayPal Account

LIMITED HISTORICAL PREPAYMENT
(see Search Procedure) Provides Chain-of-Title with copy of all titles back to and including a specified YEAR
(with optional ADD-ON to include registered Conveyance Documents (Transfer or Deed) that created each title)
